We are Samwoo F&G, a comprehensive logistics company leading in customer value services.

 

Samwoo F&G operates a one-stop service at Gimpo Cold Storage Center, providing various temperature-controlled environments. including refrigerated and frozen storagem as well as consistent temperature-controlled storage that requires specific temperature criteria. Our services extend from bonded warehousing to fulfillment service.

 

Today, two of our clients who have entrusted their logistics oprations to us visited the Gimpo Center. We began by introducing our logistics center's oprations in detail as they toured each area.

 

We started with a briefing in the meeting room, where we provided an overview of the center's oprations and explained our ongoing pocesses. We also addressed any quetions our clients had.

 

After the briefing, we guided them through our temperature-controlled chambers, where they could see first-hand how we maintain product safety and adhere to industry standards.

 

Per our client's srequest, products are stored on pallet racks in the upper sections, while smaller products are organized in lower sections for efficient picking with detailed location managements. For inbound processes, we meticulously check each item and compare it against the inbound list provided by the client, verifying several times to ensure there are no discrepancies.

 

After picking, we conduct both first and second inspections, The picker and inspection personnel sign off on each process to ensure accuracy and encourage accountability in our operations.

 

Since our logistics center is responsible for long-term storage of our clients' valuable products, we maintain strict security through extensive CCTV coverage throughout the facility, ensuring robust security measures.

 

As we toured the facility, we carefully listened to our clients' needs and discussed how we could provide even better services through mutual cooperation. It was a valuable visit, setting the foundation for continued high-quality service.
