Located in Gimpo, the Gimpo Cold Storage Center offers excellent accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area.

 

With proximity to both Gimpo and Incheon airports, we also operate a bonded warehouse here.

 

The metropolitan location enhances the advantages of our low-temperature storage.

 

Major routes like Olympic Highway, Jayu-ro, and Incheon Airport Expressway interconnect, enabling swift access to key destinations.

 

For distance reference, travel times are approximately: Gangnam - 25 km (40 mins), City Hall - 20km (30 mins), Paju - 35km (35 mins), Bupyeong - 18km (20 mins).

 

This location is ideal for product with a shor shelf life or those requiring bonded ware housing.

 

Here is an overview of Samwoo F&G's Cold Storage Center.

 

With two basement floors and six above-ground levels, the center spans a total area of 27,067.5㎡ (8,202 pyeong).

 

This is a large-scale logistics center for a metropolitan area.

 

Each floor is designated for refrigerated, frozen, constant-temperature, or bonded storage, oprated to meet specific product characteristics and customer need.

 

Entering on the first floor, you'll find a spacious anteroom.

 

The anteroom serves as a buffer area before entering refrigerated or frozen storage, typically maintained at 10℃ or lower.

 

Goods are loaded and unloaded here, with direct access to loading docks to ensure low-temperature handling.

 

There are 29 refrigerated docks. allowing efficient docking for various types of freight vehicles without long waiting times.

 

Each dock is tightly sealed to prevent external temperature exposure.

 

We have two cargo elevators and two vertical conveyors, facilitating easy movement across all floors.

 

inside, products are sored on four-level pallet racks.

 

With an average ceiling height of 9 meters, we can store a large volume of products efficiently.

 

The center support frozen, refrigerated, and constant-temperature storage, with each room temperature-adjustable for dual refrigerated/frozen use.

 

All floors are insulated with urethane foam, enhancing low-temperature efficiency.

 

This is the constant-temperature facility.

 

Constant-temperature storage maintains specific temperatures per customer requirements.

 

Products needing a stable temperature should be stored here.

 

This is the bonded area mentioned earlier.

 

The Gimpo Airport Customs bonded area is accessible only to authorized personnel, convering 3,924.8㎡ (1,187 pyeong) on the 5th floor.

 

A separate Temperature control room monitors the temperature of each chamber.

 

Any temperature deviation triggers an alert, and CCTV monitors the center's entire premises, ensuring strong security for your goods.
